Buku ini terdiri dari beberapa bab. Bab pertama berisi introduction, bab dua membahas tentang professions & jobs, bab tiga tentang family, bab empat tentang describing people, bab lima tentang daily activities, bab enam tentang a memorable event in my life, bab tujuh tentang muhammadiyah, bab delapan tentang describing place, bab sembilan tentang short story.

This material of Writing for Beginner is designed based on a needs analysis and the medium of the materials is Facebook. The main objective of the material is to make the students able to able write simple text with simple, compound and complex sentences pattern.  To fulfill this main objective, this material provides some activities that are intended to train the students‟ academic and nonacademic writing skills. Those activities are conducted by implementing three learning strategies, metacognitive strategy, cognitive strategy, and socio-affective strategy. This writing material is provided in Facebook closed group consists of nine units. These materials are distributed in nine units and every unit contains several tasks and writing process.  Before conducting the instructional process, the teacher or the instruction should provide some aids or tools. This material needs supporting tools like laptop or personal computer, smartphone or tab, monitor: TV plasma or LCD projector, internet network, others instructional tools.

Before conducting the three phrase activities, the teacher may conduct  opening or warming up activity  by apperception, namely eliciting from the students their experiences related to the topic and content of the material which are going to be displayed. Teacher may ask questions like what your last status in Facebook today?, what is the newest information that you get last night?, what kind of book you have read?, what are your favorite magazines?. The following are the suggested strategies which can be implemented in conducting the instructional process of writing by using this book.
